| Abstract: | Based on a proposition of enterprise's cultural construction,the article discusses that strengthening enterprise's cultural construction has to change the idea and improve the understanding.It proposes strengthening the cultural construction has to be ensured through the system innovation.Last,it draws the conclusion that strengthening enterprise's cultural construction needs to set up the system of promotion and build the good atmosphere. |
