| 摘 要： | 跨国公司从20世纪80年代末开始纷纷进行组织扁平化变革,取得了良好的效果。当前,我国的许多企业也开始着手组织结构的扁平化改革。要使改革进行并取得成效,就必须借鉴国外跨国公司的变革经验,转变管理理念,循序渐进,建立起与扁平化组织相适应的激励机制。
