北京市居民居住方式及居住空间分析

本文通过对北京市居民居住状况的调查分析发现,当前城市居民的基本居住状态受到当代社会科技快速更新、经济全面发展以及信息化广泛拓展等要素的影响,在多方面体现出鲜明的时代特征:满足核心家庭需要的小户型、偏好北部的方位选择以及居住环境中网络条件重要性趋势的增强等.由于居住的传统稳定属性,当前居民居住状态仍然处于缓慢的变动状态,而受到时代外在因素尤其是信息化因素的作用,城市居民居住状况长期的发展趋势可能表现为对网络和信息条件的更加注重以及工作地与居住地的进一步分离.

The Analysis of modern citizens' inhabitation status and space in Beijing: based on the investigation of Beijing citizens' living status

By the investigation of inhabitation status of Beijing residenters,I found that the citizens' inhabitation status nowadays has been affected by several charactors such as the updating of science and technology,full-scale development of the economy and the extension of the informatisation,etc..Obviously,It is age signs remarkable,and to be specific,the characters are: small area for core family,favor in north position and the intensification of attention to network condition.As for the stabilization of inhabitation,the citizens' inhabitation status nowadays are changing slowly and the tendency might be more attention to the network and information conditions and the further separation between the working and inhabitation places.
