供应链中不对等合作关系下小供应商合作策略研究

供应链中供应商与制造商之间关系一直是研究的焦点,现有研究大多从制造商的视角进行研究,但是,已经有不少学者提出应该从供应商视角研究供应链合作关系。文章从小供应商视角研究了供应链中不对等合作关系下小供应商的合作策略,分析了影响小供应商与制造商合作关系价值的关键因素,并采用加权评分法对双方关系进行评价,将双方关系分为短期财务利益导向型和长期战略导向型,最后,探讨了小供应商的合作策略,为小供应商提供一定的指导。
