| 摘 要： | 根据国际EPC总承包项目管理的经验，结合PMC承包商联合体在苏丹油田1／2／4区对交钥匙模式下的EPC总承包项目实施PMC管理的成功经验，总结出一套适合国际EPC总承包项目前期启动阶段的PMC管理模式。该模式对中国企业，特别是中国的石油行业进行国际EPC总承包项目的PMC管理可以起到一定的借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | Based on the management experience of international EPC projects, coupled with the successful experiences of PMC contractor association carrying out the PMC management for EPC projects under the model of turnkey in 1, 2 and 4 region of Sudan oilfields, the PMC management model is summed up, which is suitable for the early stage of international EPC projects. This model is beneficial to Chinese enterprises, especially to petroleum industry in China, in doing the PMC management of international EPC projects. |
