| 摘 要： | 尽管我国汽车金融业近年来得以迅猛发展，但我国汽车金融服务体系仍面临诸多现实问题：汽车金融服务功能整体弱化，专业汽车金融机构功能定位不明确，汽车金融制度安排不合理，汽车金融市场建设滞后等。应通过从建立多元化开放的汽车金融机构体系，坚持汽车金融服务企业发展的专业定位，构建汽车金融服务信用体系，改善汽车金融有限监管机制等方面的改革，来重构适应我国汽车市场快速发展需要的新型汽车金融体系。

| Abstract: | A rapid development has been gained in China＇ s auto-finance industry in recent years, yet there are still many realistic problems ： completely weakened service function of auto-finance, incorrect function positioning of specialized auto-finance agencies, irrational arrangement of auto-finance system, lagged construction of auto-finance market, etc. It＇s compulsory to take reform measures, establish an open and diversified auto-finance agency system, persist in a specialized positioning of auto-finance service firm development, build a credit system for auto-finance service, improve limited regulation mechanism for auto-finance to rebuild a new auto-finance system fitting the rapid development of China＇ s auto-finance market. |
