| Abstract: | As an extension of enterprise merging activities crossing boundaries,multinational merging is a kind of main solution of enterprise expanding overseas nowadays and it is paid much more attention by the circles of enterprises and theoreticians in China.The article summarized the research literatures about enterprise merging from three aspects.The purpose of the article is to help people to understand the status qua of multinational merging theories and practices and it pointed out the problems needed to be explored in the next step. |
