| 摘 要： | 内部控制是衡量现代企业管理的重要标志,而软控制是建立和完善企业内部控制的关键。本文首先概述了内部控制理论的发展与软控制的联系,着重分析了软控制的作用机理、发展规律。最后,阐述了在中国传统文化影响下,我国家族企业软控制的特征。
