A Comparison Analysis on Law System Environment of Chinese and Foreign Travel Agency

The system environment of the travel agency circulating is an exterior environment without the market which restricts the growth and development of travel agency. Each market environment of a nation shares the commonness of the industry development in the different history stage, but the system environment presents a bigger difference because it is interfered by the society and government behavior easily. This paper has studied the law system environment of Chinese and foreign travel agency, and gives some advices on building Chinese law system environment.
