烟台市耕地流向及其与经济发展的关系研究

改革开放20多年来，随着人口的增长、经济的迅猛发展，工业化、城市化进程的加快，烟台地区耕地资源持续减少。本文基于烟台地区相关的统计资料，初步分析了烟台市耕地资源利用与变化的基本特征及耕地流向与经济发展的关系，得出以下结论：(1)烟台市耕地资源的数量和质量不断下降，耕地的主要流向是工矿用地、居民点和各类交通用地以及果园等；(2)经济发展是耕地面积变化的主要驱动力。因此，科学合理地利用城市有限的土地资源，已经成为当前城市建设与发展以及规划决策所面临的紧迫问题。

A Study on the Relationship Between the Directions of Arable-land and Economic Development in Yantai City

With the expansion of population, economic development, industrialization and urbanization, arable-land resources in Yantai city has decreased constantly since more than 20 years of reforming and opening up to the world. In this paper, the characteristics of arable-land use and change in Yantai were analysed. Also, the relationship between the directions of arable-land and economic development was investigated according to the statistical data correlated with the statistical yearbook of Yantai. The main conclusions are shown below: (1) The quantity and quality of arable-land resources in Yantai reduced gradually; the decreased arable-land was mainly inverted to project and mine land, residential area land, all kinds of traffic lands, orchard and so on; (2) Economic development is the dominant macro-driving factors in the decrease of arable-land. So using the limited arable-land resources scientifically and rationally has already become the urgent problem for urban construction, development and programming.
