华南地区大型浅圆仓充氮气调储粮应用探索

摘    要:采用产气量为100 Nm3/h的制氮机组进行充氮气调储粮试验.结果表明:浅圆仓气密性能良好,即使在半仓状态下,仍能够使仓内氮气浓度达到98%以上,且氮气浓度维持的时间能够有效杀死米象、锈赤扁谷盗、谷蠹、赤拟谷盗等常见害虫;在夏季高温季节制取氮气入仓后未对仓内粮温带来影响;此外,品质检测结果表明,充氮气调对稻谷品质的劣变有一定的延缓作用.

Abstract:The operation of exported form warehouse caused the surface of grain bulks inclined.It was difficult to operate phos- phine fumigation in warehouse.Therefore ,we used nitrogen generator with 100Nm3/h gas production to control atmosphere in squat silo.The results showed that potency of nitrogen can reach above 98%, and maintenance time was enough to kill Sitophilus oryzae,Cryptolestes ferrugineus,Thyzopertha dominica and Tribolium castaneum.The grain temperature was not changed by ni- trogen in summer season.Besides, the rice quality in silo was delayed by nitrogen controlled atmosphere to some extent.
