| 摘 要： | 都市农业是一种崭新的农业形态,而效率的提高是发展现代都市农业的基本要求。应用数据包络分析(DEA)模型对太原市都市农业多功能性的效率进行评价。研究结果表明:在这十年间,太原市大多数年份农业经济功能效率均为DEA有效,其总体效率、规模效率、纯技术效率较高;相比之下,生态功能效率较低。虽然规模效率不变和规模效率递增的比例都有所上升,但是绝大部分年份依然存在投入规模过大、结构不合理等问题。

| Abstract: | The urban agriculture is a new form of the agriculture.However,it is one of the basic requirements for modern agriculture to enhance the efficiency.The paper evaluates the status of resource allocation of economic,social and ecological functions on urban agriculture in Taiyuan by using Data Envelopment Analysis model.The results show that DEA of the economic functions are useful during most of the years,the total efficiency,scale efficiency and pure technology efficiency of the economic functions are highest,in contrast,the efficiency of ecological function is lowest.Although the ratio has risen on scale efficiency kept and scale efficiency increased.However,excessive input and irrational structure might still exist. |
