| 摘 要： | 工伤保险的宗曾是“保障因工作遭受事故或者患职业病的职工获得医疗救治和经济补偿，促进工伤预防和职业康复”，同时也是一种保障劳动者权益、促进经济社会协调发展的制度安排，工伤保险待遇则是对劳动者保障力度和程度的根本体现。对1978年至2008年我国工伤保险制度30年变迁历程的考察可以发现，工伤保险待遇水平与经济发展水平的严重不适应是推动这一制度改革的重要原因之一。改革开放30年来，我国工伤保险待遇项目设置和标准不断趋于规范化与合理化，技术手段日益先进化。
