| 摘 要： | 作为一种新型的投资方式,BOT模式在我国已被广泛运用。由于BOT项目的投资回收完全依靠投资期内销售收入,那么,政府如何选择投标方,将成为BOT项目是否成功地关键。通过对BOT项目中传统计算净现值的方法和CAPM模型方法的分析和比较,发现这两种方法在BOT项目中的不足。使用了新的方法弥补了传统计算净现值的方法和CAPM模型方法的不足,从而能够更加科学地保证BOT项目的实施,并对其它融资方式招标或议标过程中的投标方选择提供了新方法。

| Abstract: | BOT,as a financing model,has received an adequate attention and is widely applied in our country.Since return of investment completely depends on the sale income in the investment period,choosing bidders in BOT projects will be very important for success of these projects.Through analyzing and comparing NPV(net present value) calculating methods and CAPM model,this page finds the defects of these methods above and presents a new model in order to remedy the deficiency.This page also presents a new way on manner of bidding and evaluating tender in financing process. |
