| 摘 要： | 中国成品油流通企业组织结构模式研究目的在于：研究和探索出一种符合中国国情的成品油流通企业组织结构模式。文章在分析国内外成品油流通企业的组织结构现状的基础上，运用流程再造理论，对成品油流通企业的流程进行了分析，发现混合型组织结构模式符合业务流程的管理需要。也能够适应成品油流通市场对外开放后的市场环境，有利于国有成品油流通企业市场竞争力的提高。
