摘    要:我国大多数中小企业是从家族企业发展而来,企业文化更多地表现为家族文化,把家族文化塑造为有利于提升企业核心竞争力的企业文化成为中小企业战略发展的必然要求。文章力求通过塑造中小企业文化,以提升企业核心竞争力。

Abstract:Our country most small and medium-sized enterprises to develop from family firm,corporate culture more to show as family's culture,mould for help ,promote family culture enterprise key corporate culture of competitiveness become medium and small business strategy development inevitable to require.The article makes every effort to pass and mould the medium and small corporate culture,in order to promote enterprise's key competitiveness.
