日本企业人力资源管理模式面临的挑战及其变革趋势

摘    要:日本企业人力资源管理模式对战后日本经济的崛起发挥了重要的作用。到80年,日本企业以人为本的人力资源管理模式成为欧美国家学习和借鉴的榜样。但是,日本泡沫经济崩溃后长期的经济低迷和90年代以来以美国为代表的高科技产业的发展,终身雇佣制、年功序列工资制等日本企业人力资源管理模式受到严峻的挑战,改革现有的人力资源管理模式已经成为日本企业摆脱困境、调整结构不可回避的问题.

Abstract:The human resources management mode of Japanese businesses has played a very important role in the economic boom of the country after the war and, up to the 1980s, the humanity-centered human resources management mode of Japanese businesses has already become the example being learned from by European countries and America. However, the long-term economic recession after the collapse of Japans bubble economy and the rise of high-tech industries in the world since the 1990s have now been severely challenging the Japanese type of business human resources management mode such as life employment system, seniority-order payment system, etc. It is imperative, therefore, for Japanese businesses to reform their existing human resources management mode so that they can readjust their structure and get out of their plight.
