| 摘 要： | 介绍一种果汁加工废水处理工程设计实例。通过采用絮凝沉淀、ABR反应池、SBR池、砂滤的工艺实现了废水的达标排放。实际工程的监测结果表明，对COD、BODs、SS的去除率分别达到98．21％、99．16％、96．15％；水处理运行费用为0．93元／立方米。剩余污泥用板框压滤机处理，避免了二次污染。

| Abstract: | The article introduces a real design example of waste water processing in juice manufacturing. By Flocculentde- posit - ABR - SBR and sand leach, waste water are processed in keeping with the standards. The surveillance of the project shows that reduction of COD, BODs and SS are 98.21%, 99.16% and 96.15% with processing fee of 0.93 Yuan per m3.Mud residue are processed by plate and frame filter press to prevent secondary pollution. |
