| Abstract: | Risk analysis is one of key tasks in the control of construction schedule. On the paper, based on analyzing of the basic hypothesis and process of calculating of classical PERT network, three defects are pointed out, so the improvement for classical PERT network is put forward. According to the viewpoints of the probability and mathematical statistics, critical duration、critical activity and critical line are re- defined, and particular method is put forward for it. |
