| 摘 要： | 继成为信息革命的最大受益者之后,美国又在新一轮生物科技革命占得先机,这绝非偶然。本文着重讨论了美国现代生物产业的总量规模和全球地位,总结了其发展过程的五大特征,梳理了美国政府对生物产业的六类扶持政策,力图通过这些分析揭示美国成功的经验。

| Abstract: | It is not by chance that the USA has got the lead role in the new biotechnology revolution after having been the biggest beneficiary of information revolution. For disclosing the successful experiences of the USA bio-industry, this article focuses on discussing the gross scale and global statue of the USA Bio-industry, concluding the five characteristics of industry development, and summarizing the supporting policies conducted by the government. |
