| 摘 要： | 近年来,人工智能技术快速发展,正在或将要在交通运输、医疗健康、教育、公共安全等领域广泛应用,将深刻地改变人类生产生活方式乃至思维方式和社会治理。美国等发达国家纷纷出台相关规划与政策,强化战略部署。本文通过总结分析美国人工智能重点研究领域、研究方法、政策法规及政府治理等方面的发展趋势,对我国《新一代人工智能发展规划》实施、人才培养与引进及知识产权保护等提出建议。
