Affordable housing has become a focus attracting the public's attention increasingly.Through grey forecasting method of grey system theory,this paper builds a demand and supply model,analyzes demand and supply factors of Heilongjiang affordable housing quantitatively,predicts prices of affordable housing,and concludes that it is necessary to decrease the prices of affordable housing.The prediction is credible and prosperous in real estate due to the accuracy of grey prediction model.
