| 摘 要： | 一般政治系统理论是政治过程和公共决策过程分析的重要理论和框架。在以往认知的基础上,通过深入反思,可知一般政治系统理论既是政治分析方法和框架,更是概括性的一般政治学理论;既是对于社会政治生活的宏观分析,更是对于社会政治生活的微观分析;既是对于政治生活的静态分析,更是对于政治生活的动态分析;既是对于社会政治生活的结构性分析,更是对于社会政治生活的过程和机制性分析;既是规范性理论,更是经验性理论;既是以政治心理为基础的政治行为互动模式分析,更是政治心理与政治规则、政治行为与政治国家和制度的结合分析模式。
