本文基于对移动运营商固定资产的资源配置体系、地市公司总体投资情况及投资管理流程的回顾和分析研究,构建了移动运营商的固定资产投资后评估模块,分别包括资源配置体系评估、地市公司总体投资后评估及投资管理流程评估。通过投资后评估发现移动运营商在投资管理中存在的问题,进一步诊断找到问题的根源及解决策略,不断提升投资管理水平。

After Evaluative Research on Mobile Operators Fixed Assets Investment

Based on resource allocation system of the mobile operators fixed assets,the overall investment in listed companies and review and analysis of investment management process,this article builds a after evaluation module of mobile operator fixed assets investment,including resource allocation system assessment,the after assessment of the overall investment companies and investment management process assessment. This papr through the after evaluation found the problems of mobile operators existing in the investment management,further diagnosed and found the root of the problem and the solving strategies to improve investment management.
