政治与经济维度：推动农民工组织化建设的思考

农民工弱势地位主要表现为他们所做的贡献与其所受到的待遇不对等,数量庞大与其内在能力较弱的不相称,被动的维权模式也凸现了他们是社会的弱势群体,形成自身内在能力被进一步弱化的“路径依赖”。推动农民工组织建设,不仅对政府职能转变、市场经济的完善具有一定促进作用;而且可以产生培训、就业和维权三位一体的聚合效应,有效地强化农民工内在自我能力的保护与发展。

Thinking about promoting institutional development of peasant workers from political and economic dimension

The inferior status of peasant workers mainly represents the mismatch between their contribution to society and treatment they'v recieved,their large scale and weak power.The passive model of their rights protection protrudes their social inferior group and forms of "path dependence" which further weakens themselves inner ability.Promoting institutional construction of peasant workers could not only boost transition of government functions and market economy perfecting,but also produce converging effect among training,employment and rights protection,at last intensify protection and development of peasant workers' inner ability.
