区域经济一体化背景下战略性R＆D合作的理论研究

20世纪80年代战略性贸易理论的兴起,为国际贸易政策的制定提供了新的指导思想。该领域早期的研究主要集中在一国战略性贸易政策的实施条件、政策手段以及战略性产业的选择上,尚未涉及多边战略性贸易政策的合作。随着区域经济一体化的深入,成员国之间如何在制度层面上深化合作及其对社会福利的影响是一个很有价值的课题。为此,本文构建一个两阶段的博弈模型对双边战略性R＆D合作补贴政策效果进行分析。研究发现,当国际间企业参与R＆D合作并完全共享技术成果以及政府实行联合补贴时,可以取得优于R＆D竞争的市场效果。

The Theoretical Research of Strategic R&D Cooperation Under The Background of Economic Integration
