摘    要:时代在进步,经济在腾飞,交通作为经济的命脉,无可质疑的也产生了翻天覆地的变化与发展,但是就目前来看,我国的交通系统由于人口的基数和居民的私家车的增多,交通的压力日趋增大,如何改善这种状况,是本文旨在研究跟探讨的关键所在,本文主要介绍了非线性代数的数学方式来分析和调度交通的车辆,并由此提出了一套利用智能化指导居民出行的优化方案,从而缓解交通压力,提高决策能力,另外,还介绍了一种运用于调度车辆的遗传算法,便于决策者进行参考和配置。

Abstract:The era is progressing,and the economy is taking off,the traffic as the lifeblood of the economy no doubt also had a tremendous change and development. But for now,China's transport system due to the base population and the increasing of private cars of residents,the pressure of traffic is increasing. How to improve the situation is the key to study in this paper. This paper described using mathematical approach of the nonlinear algebraic to analyze and schedul the traffic vehicles,and thus proposed a set of optimization scheme that using intelligent to guide residents travel to ease traffic pressure and improve decision -making capacity,and also introduced a genetic algorithm applied in scheduling vehicles to provide reference and configuration for decision makers.
