| Abstract: | How to improve the vital operational mechanism of villager self-governance under the leadership of Party organizations is a major task in promoting pohtical development and perfecting village self-governance in rural areas. As far as I am concerned, currcntly it is the leadership mechanism, working mechanism, decision-making mechanism, supervisory mechanism and training mechanism for villagers＇ consciousness of democracy and law that should be pressed ahead with great efforts. |
