| Abstract: | The Government in promoting the process of information disclosure, in the concept, practice, and legislation reflects the advanced characteristics, but implementation has lagged behind the existence of barriers, affecting the Government＇s information disclosure system, the role of the advanced role. Thus, to promote the rule of law is policy choices to solve this problem. |
