| 摘 要： | 文化城市建设具有必要性,它是一个城市软实力的重要体现,必须大力发展。我国文化城市建设须探索其发展模式,形成科学的政策体系。文化城市发展的经济政策包含财政政策、金融政策和产业政策,国家应当为文化城市发展提供相应的经济政策支持。

| Abstract: | The development of the culture city is the important reflection of the national soft power. China should vigorously develop the culture city. Our country has the necessity of the culture city construction. We should explore the development model and the scientific policy system of the cultural city. The scientific policy system includes fiscal policy, financial policy and industrial policy. Our country should provide appropriate policy support for the culture city development in China. |
