| 摘 要： | 提高农村劳动力流动的组织化程度是实现我国大规模农村劳动力合理、有序流动的重要条件。政府组织、中介组织和自组织是我国农村劳动力流动的主要组织形式；农村劳动力流动组织化程度低是不争的事实，但原因是多方面的；提高农村劳动力流动组织化程度，需要健全组织系统，建立组织间的沟通、协调与衔接机制，构建网络信息共享平台。

| Abstract: | Improving the level of organization of the flow of rural labor is the important condition to achieve the flow with reason and order of large-scale rural labor in our eountry. The organization of rural labor mobility in our country mainly includes the govern- mental organization, intermediary organization of the market and serf--organization of the floating population. This is the incontestable fact that the levd of organization of the flow of rural labor is low, whereas the masons are various .Improving the levd of organization of the flow of rural labor needs perfecting the system of organization, establishing the mechanism of organizations＇ communication, harmony and join, and basing up the mutual plat proof of network information. |
