| Abstract: | In recent years, the discussion has been heated on the mechanism of inner-party democratic decision-making, whether the field theory or practical level is becoming clearer. The 17th Party the Fourth Plenary Session further clarifies the requirements of democratic decision-making mechanism in the new era. Under the guidance of this spirit, it is essential to study and perfect real path of the mechanism of democratic decision-making, which is not only practical, but also the theory value. |
