| 摘 要： | 与发达国家比 ,在国际贸易中 ,我国的电子商务应用仍有差距 ,尤其是在安全、税收、法律、物流、信息基础设施、企业信息化、人才及观念等方面还存在着很多问题 ,对这些问题的解决提出了一些具体的政策建议。
