成绵乐城际经济带经济社会科学发展新探索——四川区域经济发展方式转变战略问题研究

以成绵乐城际铁路通车在即的背景为研究切入点,分析了成绵乐城际经济带的历史性机遇及未来前景,提出应前瞻部署成绵乐城际经济带科学发展战略,探索把＂交通走廊＂建设成为＂经济走廊＂的科学性问题,探索一系列有关区域发展方式、发展理念、发展道路、社会管理的战略问题,论述了成绵乐区域经济发展应承担的多重使命与实现发展方式转变需要采取的若干行动。

The new probe for the scientific development on economy and society in the Chengdu-Mianyang-Leshan economic zone--A study

With the thread of the approaching opening of the Chengdu-Mianyang-Leshan intercity railway,the historic opportunities and prospects of the Chengdu-Mianyang-Leshan economic zone are analyzed,the deployment in advance of the strategies for the scientific development in the zone is suggested,the scientific issue on changing the ＂traffic corridor＂ into ＂economic corridor＂ is explored,a series of questions on the modes,ideas and ways of the regional development and the regional societal administration are investigated,and the multiple tasks that should be borne during the economic development in the zone and certain measures that should be taken in realizing the mode transformation of the development are also discussed.
