| 摘 要： | 体育志愿者组织是伴随着我国青年志愿者和群众体育事业的发展而逐渐产生和发展起来的,构建体育志愿者服务体系,对于促进我国群众体育事业的发展具有重要作用。本文运用文献资料法,界定体育志愿者服务体系的概念,并阐述体育志愿者服务体系的构建特性。
