| 摘 要： | 企业的成功更多地依赖于R＆D的投入，依赖于技术的创新和使用。高科技企业，具有强烈的“以人为本”的色彩，其研发人员的比重较高，技术人才在报酬和产权方面具有较高的要求，且员工流动性强；如何挽留核心人才是高科技企业面临的首要问题。知识资本参与企业收益分配可以稳定研发队伍、吸引高技术人才。
