蒸压灰砂砖中废渣掺加量的测定及不确定度评定

摘    要:通过盐酸溶液选择溶解后测定不溶渣含量来计算蒸压灰砂砖中废渣掺加量,并通过蒸压灰砂砖混合料中淤砂回收率试验与废渣掺加量测定的精密度试验,验证了该方法的可行性。通过建立数学模型,对测量结果的各类不确定度来源,如称量、恒重、测量重复性等引入的不确定度分量进行分析和量化。当蒸压灰砂砖中废渣掺入量为88.11%时,扩展不确定度为2.54%(k=12.7)。

Abstract:A method was proposed to determine the waste residue content of the Sand-lime-brick by using the selected solution of hydrochloric acid.It confirmed the feasibility of this method by conducting the recovery of silt in the mixture of Sand-lime-brick and the precision test of the waste residue. Modeling approaches are used to analyze and quantify all kinds of uncertain sources of the measuring result, such as the weighing, the constant weight and the repeatability of method. The expanded uncertainty was 0.28% with 83.14% of the waste residue content in the sample(k=12.7).
