| 摘 要： | 全球金融危机为人民币国际化提供了良好契机,而人民币跨境贸易结算的启动标志着人民币国际化的正式起航。本文在分析人民币跨境贸易结算背景与现状的基础上,探讨了实行人民币跨境贸易结算的收益与成本,并提出了构建通畅的人民币回流机制、尽快建设离岸金融市场和增强人民币跨境流动监测管理等政策建议。

| Abstract: | In the context of financial crisis,the RMB internalization faces an important opportunity.And using RMB in cross-broader trade settlement symbolizes the start of RMB internalization.This paper analyzes the background and the present situation of using RMB in cross-broader trade settlement,and then discusses its costs and earnings.Finally,some suggestions are presented in this paper,including supplying an effective investment mechanism,quickening the construction of offshore financial center and strengthening RMB cash administration and supervision. |
