| 摘 要： | 在全球性金融危机与产业整合的国际背景之中,在振兴物流业和发展现代交通运输业的政策引导之下,我国第三方物流的发展面临诸多的机遇与巨大的挑战。从法律法规方面扫清障碍是促进第三方物流发展的前提条件。文中将从第三方物流存在的部分问题入手,探究法律瓶颈,找到解决方案。
