| 摘 要： | 县域经济的发展关系到我国全面建设小康社会和建设社会主义新农村的进程。本文归纳了县域经济发展评价的相关理论,构建了县域经济发展状况评价体系,依据该体系对秦皇岛县域经济的发展状况进行了实证分析,并相应提出了秦皇岛四县县域经济发展对策。

| Abstract: | The development of county area economies relates to building well-off society comprehensivly and socialistic new country.This paper sums up related theories of evaluation on county area economies,builds up an evaluation system of county area economies,according to the principles and theories of evaluation gives an empirical analysis of Qinhuangdao＇s counties,and accordingly brings out some countermeasures for developing county area economies in Qinhuangdao. |
