摘    要:设计洪水是确定水库汛限水位的基础,传统的设计洪水确定方法导致一些水库在汛期弃水而汛后又无水可蓄,造成洪水资源的极大浪费。为此,分析了设计洪水的几个影响因素和计算分期设计洪水的关键问题,结合实例说明了水文资料复核的必要性和可行性。

Abstract:Design flood is the base when we calculate limit water level in flood season. The traditional calculating methods of staged limit water level and design flood lead to many reservoirs, especially in northern part of china, have to spill lot of surplus water when floods occur, while there is little inflow to that reservoir after the flood season when they are allowed to store water to a relatively high elevation. To use the flood resource adequately and fully, several key influencing factors of calculating design flood and several key issues of calculating staged design flood are analyzed. Case study demonstrates checking hydrologic datum is necessary and feasible.
