| 摘 要： | 文中阐述了高速公路速度限制标准的影响因素,结合实例研究了高速公路限速方法。提出了适合我国的高速公路最高限速标准和最低限速标准,并推荐在我国高速公路限速管理中应采用可行性较高、效果较好的分车型限速方法。探讨了不同速度控制措施的设置条件及速度控制效果;在对几种主要速度控制措施使用效果分析的基础上,提出了相应的速度控制措施设计方案。

| Abstract: | Factors affecting standards of freeways speed limits were analyzed,and the model of speed limits was developed based on a certain case. As a result,the highest and lowest of speed limits suited for our country were obtained. Meanwhile,setting conditions and effects of various improvements of speed control were analyzed. On the basis,corresponding improvements of speed control were determined. |
