基于中小企业需求的物流信息平台研究

文中分析了中小企业的生产经营特点和其对应的物流需求，并对为中小企业提供物流服务的中小物流企业的生产经营特点和运用模式进行了分析；提出了物流需求的多样性、分散化和供需双方的中小化规模制约了物流成本和物流服务的改进。最后提出建立公共物流信息平台的建设思路，为解决中小企业物流和中小物流企业的困境提供一定的参考。

Study on Logistics Information Platform Based on the Needs of SMEs

This paper analyzes the characteristics and production and operation of SMEs in the logistics needs of their counterparts ,and provide logistics services for the SMEs , small logistics production and management characteristics and use patterns were analyzed;made the logistics needs of diversity ,decentralization and supply and demand sides of the small scale of the logistics cost and restrict the improvement of logistics services .Finally, the establishment for the construction of public logistics information platform ideas to address the small and medium enterprises and small and medium sized logistics companies logistics to provide a reference for the predicament .
