基于GSM技术的烟草物流设备故障报警系统

针对GSM网络技术中SMS短消息能够进行相关信息的远距离无线传输的原理,文中研究和开发基于GSM的烟草物流设备故障报警系统,以实现仪表、设备的远程化数据采集、运行监控及故障报警等功能。系统的总体结构设计、基于AT指令的手机-计算机相互通信、应用的控制协议及控制软件的设计等相关内容在文中给出了介绍。经过实际现场测试和跟踪观察,证明了该系统具有可行性和稳定性,能够有效提高设备的远程化故障报警及维修效率。

The Faults Alarming System for Tobacco Logistics Facilities Based on GSM

According the mechanism that SMS short messages in GSM technique can wirelessly transport information for a long distance, a GSM-based fault alarming system for tobacco logistics facilities was proposed to realize data collection, working states monitoring and faults alarming of facilities remotely. The system＇s overall structure, message interacting between mobile phones and computers using AT, applications＇ control protocols, and the design of controlling softwares were also explained in this paper. The spot tests and continuous tracking have shown that the system is feasible and stable, and can effectively improve efficiency of remotely faults alarming and maintenance for facilities.
