| 摘 要： | 文中对河北省衡水市区域物流能力的相关数据进行了调查,采用文献研究法、定性分析和定量分析法、理论研究与实际研究相结合法对调研所得数据进行分析。深入而系统的研究了区域物流系统的构建与模型探讨,在指标的定性与定量上对区域物流能力进行分析。并得出如下结论：2007~2011年的衡水市区域物流能力值除了在2010年有所下降外,在整体上还是保持了持续上升的态势。

| Abstract: | In this study, data of regional logistics capability, Hengshui City, Hebei Province conducted a survey,using literature research, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, theoretical research and practical research method of combining research data obtained for analysis. Thorough and systematic study of the construction of the model discussed regional logistics system in the qualitative and quantitative indicators of regional logistics capability for analysis. And concluded ：2007-2011 regional logistics capability in addition to decrease the value of Hengshui City in 2010, but on the whole still maintained a rising trend. |
