| 摘 要： | 随着我国国际经济贸易的不断发展,对船舶运输的需求越来越大,也带动了造船业的发展。供应链管理是造船企业的主要核心竞争力之一,其关系到造船企业的生存与发展,文中分析及探讨了造船企业供应链的特点,供应链合作风险造成的影响及供应链管理方面存在的风险因素,并相应的提出改善建议及解决对策。

| Abstract: | With the continuous development of China International Economic and trade, the demand for shipping is growing,and it also leds to the development of the shipbuilding industry.Supply chain management is one of the main shipbuilding enterprise core competitiveness, and it related to the survival and development of shipbuilding enterprises.This paper analysis and discussed the characteristics of shipbuilding enterprise supply chain,and the effect of supply chain cooperation risk,and the risk factors.Finally,the paper proposes some suggestions and countermeasures. |
