多对多校企联合培养物流人才模式研究

培养符合区域经济发展需要的人才是高职教育的核心目标,校企合作、工学结合是高职教育的主线和灵魂,是培养符合企业需要人才的主要路径。传统的＂一对一＂订单制校企合作模式已满足不了90后学生追求个性化和多元化的需求,改革校企合作模式,创新符合校企双方需求的新模式意义重大。文中提出了＂多对多＂校企联合培养物流人才模式,分析了该模式的基本做法,实施的路径以及实施该模式需解决的关键问题。
