| Abstract: | According to the content and characteristics of service quality for urban public transportation system ,established the service quality assessment index system .Created the matter-element extension model .The last,after applying the model ,this dissertation got a satisfied result .It means that the matter -element extension model could evaluate exactly the service quality for urban public transportation system. |
