汽车零部件物流系统规划方法研究

摘    要:文中研究了如今国内外现有的汽车零部件物流规划的相关规划理论,运用精益生产的理论和方法研究汽车行业零部件物流系统。文中结合汽车零部件物流的特点,对物流系统规划的内容、步骤和方法进行了系统性总结和归纳。该研究不仅仅局限于传统的SLP/SHA理论,还在流程规划中提出了七要素法,引入了流程FMEA的方法,重视包装单元化设计的作用,以及PFEP的方法。这些方法深化了规划的作用,明确了规划程序,而且便于在规划实践中应用。

Abstract:This paper research the existing domestic and foreign auto parts logistics planning and relevant planning theory, using the lean production theory and method to study automobile industry parts logistics system. In this paper,combined with the characteristics of automotive parts logistics, the logistics system planning content, steps and methods of systematic summary. This research is not only limited to the traditional SLP/SHA theory,put forward seven factor method in the process planning,, introduced for the FMEA process, pay attention to the packaging unit design and function, and the PFEP method. This method deepens the role of planning, the planning process, and is convenient for application in planning practice.
