摘    要:日产5000吨熟料水泥生产线回转窑在生产过程中,窑尾预热器及窑头篦冷机排放的30%的350℃以下中、低温废气余热仍不能被充分利用,这部分热能通过窑尾烟囱排放至大气中,既浪费热能又对环境造成污染,利用窑尾、窑头余热配套建设9MW余热电站,不但能充分利用余热,同时减少环境污染,具有良好的环境、社会及经济效益。

Abstract:In the production process of clinker cement producing of 5000 t/d in rotary kiln, the waste heat of low temperature exhaust gas that being below 350℃ and taking 30% emission discharged by preheater and grate cooler of clin head. The waste gas emissions to atmosphere directly from chimney will waste thermal energy and pollute the environment. With the utilization of waste heat of clin head and outlet, 9MW waste heat power station constucted can fully use waste heat and decrease environmental pollution. It' s beneficial to environment, social and economy.
